Starwood Preferred Guest Report: Deny

From Hilton HHonors Diamond
To Starwood Preferred Guest Platinum Elite

I would like to request a status match for my Hilton HHonors Diamond Status for an SPG Platinum. I was previously an SPG Platinum Preferred Guest for a few years. Since my status has been demoted to gold, I have not stayed at any Starwood properties. I am also an American Express Centurion card holder.

I have attached copies of my SPG and Hilton Honors card to the email.
Thank you for your status match inquiry. I am glad to assist.

Additionally, I see that you have been a member with us for many years. I just want to thank you for your continued loyalty to the Starwood Preferred Guest program. We sincerely appreciate it. We do not offer a status match program with Hilton. Additionally, as you have been at the SPG Platinum Preferred status level within the last five years, you are ineligible to participate in our Platinum Status Challenge promotion. In order to achieve the Platinum status, you will need 25 eligible stays or 50 eligible nights within the calendar year.

If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reply to this email. I would be glad to assist. Have a good day ahead, Mr. Gottlieb.

Best Regards,
