and then got a response from ResPremiumTeam@airnz.co.nz
challenging the request and asking to share the following documentation with them:
- A copy of your frequent flyer card & most recent statement, showing flight activity
- Two existing Air New Zealand ticketed and operated return long-haul bookings
- Your specific expected Air New Zealand ticketed and operated future flight plans
- Your full name and date of birth
- Current postal and telephone contact details.
