Air New Zealand Airpoints Report: Challenge

From LATAM Pass Platinum
To Air New Zealand Airpoints

Kia ora Mr ********,

Thank you for your interest in the Air New Zealand frequent flyer program – Airpoints.

When considering a Status match to your current frequent flyer membership several factors are considered. Some of these are; would this in fact be of best use to you, would you be able to maintain this membership and of course how much travel is expected to be on Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flights.

If you could please reply with:

A copy of your most recent statement, showing flight activity for the past 6 – 12 months
The references for at least two future return Long Haul Air New Zealand ticketed and operated bookings
Your specific expected Air New Zealand ticketed and operated future flight plans, including date, route and class of travel.
Your date of birth, full name and contact phone number
Your Air New Zealand Airpoints number. If you are not yet an Airpoints member you can join online free of charge.

Once we have received all of the above our Loyalty team will assess your request.

One of the main factors considered, when looking at a Status Match request, is how much travel is going to be on Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flights.

We would need to be able to see that you would be able to earn and maintain the higher status on your own travel. To give you an idea of what we would be looking for – to earn Gold Status you need to accrue a total of 900 eligible Status points within a 365 day period. To see the Status Points accrual rates for flights please enter your projected flight detail here - www.airnzpoints.co.nz/

Mr **********, we look forward to your application with all of the above information.

Kind regards,

************
