Emailed via the webform with the request to match my status. I had gotten the gold status within a year with Etihad. I was flying with Emirates end of April, so I wanted to match my status. Emirates asked for screenshots from transactions from Etihad Guest from past 6 weeks, and my company name and position at company. Emirates received the info on April 17. On May 7 I received the reply:
"As promised, we have reviewed your request for a status match to Emirates Skywards based on your flying record with Etihad Airlines. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer you an upgrade to our Skywards Silver tier."
