I asked in the hot line how to proceed. Then I went to the contact center form (www.latam.com/en_au/help-center/contact/
) and filled the form with my request, a copy of my Smiles Diamond card and a print of my Smiles loged page.
In couple of days I received this e-mail:
"Dear Mr.(s) ,
The status match consists in the analysis by our LATAM PASS board of the information provided by you, and matching that information to the requirements to qualify for our elite categories. Based on that analysis, our LATAM PASS board decide which category to grant you.
In this case you do not fullfil one of the requirements for the evaluation. Therefore, in this oportunity we are not able to grant you an Elite category.
