LATAM Pass Report: Deny

To LATAM Pass Black

Submitted a request via their Chile website (in Spanish) requesting a status match with proof of upcoming flights in business class and proof of my current status. My request was denied since it has been more than 12 months since I last flew LATAM. I’ve read about this requirement, but thought I’d give it a shot. They told me to re-request after I complete my upcoming trip.
