I requested to match my Hertz base to a higher level and got denied because they don't match with Europcar This is the email message that they sent me:
I apologize, Hertz does not match Europcar at this current time.
The Hertz Status Match Program was established to match your current member status with Avis or National/Enterprise. In order to process a status match, I will need documentation reflecting an Avis First/President, National Executive/Executive Elite membership or Enterprise Silver, Gold or Platinum.
Showing Proof of Status with other car rental companies (only one of the items listed is required)
* Monthly statement indicating membership status
* Copy of a credentials letter (membership kit)
* Copy of a welcome letter
* Member card with expiration date
