Applied online, attaching screen shots of my membership #, name, & status. Received auto- e-mail telling me i'd hear within couple days. >10 days later i called Total Rewards help line listed on site and was told "resubmit, we have had a rush of match requests and now you WILL hear within 24 hours". 4 days later, onsite at one of their resorts i spoke with rewards desk manager, who gave me her e-mail to forward screen shots of my membership #, name, status. 5 days later (too late for that stay!) i recd e-mail confirming match.
