I emailed elite.flyer@alaskaair.com: screenshot of my Executive club page on BA.com, photo of my Silver card, photo of my ID, Alaska frequent flyer number I created beforehand(with no past history of matched status). 2 weeks later I got an email saying Welcome to your new tier, and they sent me 4 special upgrade codes to First class.
