I had National Emerald Club Executive status and Avis Preferred Status. I emailed email@example.com
my first name, last name, and that I am an Avis preferred member. I also mentioned my Avis wizard number and my emerald club number. I attached to the email screenshots of my national account which included my name, status and number, and also a screenshot of my national monthly statement email. 36 hours I received an email confirming that my status has been moved up to Avis Preferred Plus.
