I sent an email to statusmatch@topbonus de yesterday asking for the equivalent to Flying Blue Gold in the Topbonus programme. In the attachment I sent a clear copy of my Flying Blue Gold Card and my Topbonus Classic Card. I also gave them my Topbonus number and address in Germany. I asked for a match within 14 days because I will have a flight with an Etihad Partner in two weeks. Today I received an email that the status was matched and that I will receive the Topbonus Gold Card within 14 days by mail. When I login to my account the status is now Gold.
