The page requested the Card or Status Page for Marriott Rewards (screenshot was acceptable.) I submitted the dashboard of my account as seen on the MR website.
It also requested a reservation or hotel receipt, so I sent them my most recent stay from end of February.
Same day, less than six hours later, I was denied. The verbosity of the reasoning was extremely low, but was advised to try a different rewards programme to be matched with.
