11:30am Followed instructions filled out a pdf form and provided screen shots of the Account sent to StatusMatch@bestwestern.com
12:13pm Very quickly received email below:
"Our sincere apologies, but due to our security policies we can assist you with your account only after you verify the personal information we have on file. Please verify the mailing address listed on your account and once this is verified we can respond to your request."
12:30pm I responded with my Street Address.
12:39pm email "Your account has been upgraded to Diamond Select"
Then used Best Western Diamond Select to get Sixt Platinum.
