with the status match form on their site that just asks name, BW Rewards Number, Competitor Rewards Program, and Status with Competitor along with a screenshot of Gold Status card on Hilton Honors app. About 15 minutes later I got an email asking to confirm my address on file. I responded and 2 minutes later got an email saying I was upgraded to Diamond status and to expect my new card in the mail in 6-8 weeks. I was able to see my new status as soon as I logged out and logged back in.
