With all due respect, in spite of your current FFP membership status with Garuda Indonesia Airlines, we would like to extend our sincere regret that we will not be able to provide you with a membership status of Million Miler, Morning Calm Premium or Morning Calm, the tiers above the standard level membership of Korean Air's Skypass program.
It is our position and policy to operate the program under the principle, terms and conditions of fairness and equality for each and every customer, which would not allow us to make any sort of exceptional decisions for certain customers in consideration of his or her personal conditions, etc.
We sincerely regret that our service did not meet your expectations on this case, and would like to solicit your kind and generous understanding.
