Denied status match or challenge. Email read that "we are unable to process your request with the provided documentation as they are either ineligible to compare against Hilton Honors program or not an eligible hotel brand". Really strange as so many have received the match. I'm sure I sent adequate documentation. I'll call to see if they can tell me the problem or maybe try again. Maybe they've been giving out to many matches lately, time to cut back? Who knows...
