Sent an email to Executive Club FAQ attaching a copy of my Black Latam Pass but it was denied.

Thank you for your email to Club enquiring about the status match.
I'm sorry to disappoint you, however it isn't our policy to match the status of another frequent flyer programme when you join our Executive Club.
Tier status is our way of recognising and rewarding our most loyal and frequent travellers. To bring in new members at tiers which our existing members have worked hard to achieve would be unfair and undervalue their continued support.
Considering this and everything you mentioned, at this time I'm sorry to say we're unable to approve your request.
Please feel free to let us know if we can help you with anything else.
We hope that you will consider travelling more with British Airways anyway, and look forward to welcoming you on board our flights.
