After sending 2 emails in the last 2 months. The Silver status match was denied. Thai and EVA Air are both Star Alliance but EVA just simply ignore this. Even though, I just flew EVA to USA business class which miles credit toward Thai Royal Orchid Plus program. Very Frustrating with this denying decision.
