Submitted Platinum Pro card and Marriott Bonvoy Titanium card together on Saturday at 4:00 PM. Notified by e-mail I'd been matched to Executive Elite at 9:00 AM Sunday morning. Pretty impressive turn around.
I wasn't sure which of the two would work, so just sent them together. YMMV.
