I contacted LATAM through their website contact form, saying that I was thinking about shifting my business travel from Avianca to LATAM.
They responded and asked me for some scanned documents, which I provided.
They emailed me a couple of days later:
“We regret to inform you that our LATAM Pass committee was unable to accept your status match request, due to nowadays we are only processing this benefit with the American Airlines program (AAdvantage).”
