I do apologise for the delay in responding to your email, unfortunately the Jurys Rewards department have been furloughed since the start of lockdown in the UK. I have recently started back. I have looked into your request and can confirm that we would happily status match.
Taking into consideration, your current IHG Rewards Club member status, and while also taking a look at what IHG Rewards Club offers you as a member, I would be happy to move you straight to our top level, floor 3 membership.
