Followed the new british airways status match link and signed into my BA account (or make a new one if u do not have one already) and follow the directions in the status match offer on their website https://www.britishairways.com/content/en/us/executive-club/offers/tier-match-offer I was matched within 48 hours to gold tier and is valid for 6 months and needs two qualifying transatlantic flights (one round trip) within six months of the upgrade date. Was super fast and easy!
