Went to Hertz’s status match page (https://pub.emails.hertz.com/Hertz_Status_Match) and uploaded a screenshot of my National Emerald Club card showing my name, status and account number. Received an automated email stating that I am ineligible for a status match because my status has already been upgraded within the past 5 years.
