Submitted a request via the website feedback form together with a copy of passport and BA Gold card screenshot, on a Sunday. Reply came Monday asking for a statement of last 2 months flying which i duly sent through the respond to feedback form. Emailed on Tuesday granting Elite with the normal 4 month and 12 month challenge and by the afternoon status was showing in TK app and I'll be using on a *A flight tomorrow :) very fast!
