Mailed to EBtier@sas.se, got response I needed to either have been on a SAS flight in past 6 months or have a future flight with SAS.
Then booked a flight with SAS and mailed them again. Got status match until end of september of 2025
I had fb gold until march 2025. Also wanted to match to LH which worked. Now matched from senator to fb plat. They give you 580xp. So if you’re already gold, you’ll get almost 2 years worth of platinum

Hi deniaL, how long did they take to reply to your first email?
Called SAS about this very point. Agent said to expect up to a couple of weeks because “these types of matters take longer”

They replied today, mentioning that I wasn’t meeting the criteria. I asked what are the criteria and mentioned I had a scheduled flights in July

Yes, from FB Gold, but status is expiring in August 24, I've read somewhere we would need to match from a status valide for over 6 months
If that is the case I will let you know as mine is still good until mid 2025

I can confirm there is probably a minimum validity requirement. My account was upgraded yesterday with my FB gold status valid until end April 2025
