Since yesterday Ita Airways started a match program STATUS MATCH SUMMER 2024 https://www.ita-airways.com/en_en/volare/promotions.html The ITA Airways - Volare Status Match promotion is running from July 16 2024 until August 19 2024. This initiative allows Volare members to match the status reached within the loyalty program of airlines included in Status Match initiative, as further specified below, to their Volare account. The initiative is promoted by Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A. ("ITA Airways”), the Promoter, and Volare Loyalty S.p.A., the Co-Promoter, of the Volare reward scheme. The promotion is valid for all Volare members, who inserted a residence address other than Italy during registration. To take part in the initiative you must: Be a member of the Volare Program or a member of Volare AVVENTURA (for further information on the conditions and the necessary requirements to enroll in the Volare and Volare AVVENTURA programs, please visit the following link). Own a card that has a higher status than the basic level, namely the entry level obtained at the time of enrollment in the loyalty program of the airline company included in the Status Match campaign. View the list of included airlines here. Not having taken part in any previous Volare Status Match campaigns. It should be noted that: Only valid cards will be accepted as well as those with an expiration date no earlier than January 2023. Only cards that show the first and last name of the applicant will be accepted. The details of the third-party airline loyalty program card ("Origin Card") must be the same as those inserted in the Volare account with which the Status Match is being requested and the ID attached to the request. Status Match applications with Origin Card status equal to or lower than the current Club in the Volare program will not be considered valid. How do I apply for Status Match? Status Match request can only be submitted through the dedicated “Status Match” section within your Volare personal area. Once you have accessed your Volare personal area, you will have to provide, within the dedicated fields, the following information: Name of the origin card airline Status of the origin card Origin card (you must attach a clearly legible image of the origin card, which must contain first name, last name, airline, origin status, expiration date; the maximum accepted size is 2MB; formats: pdf, png, jpg, jpeg). Valid identity document. This document will be used for the sole purpose of this initiative and will be deleted at the end of the Status Match campaign. Once the Status match request is submitted, a message will be displayed confirming that the request has been successfully submitted, together with the related request identification number. The new status and related digital card will be awarded and recognized in ITA Airways systems, upon verification and if successful, within 60 days from the date of the request. Terms and Conditions Status Match requests sent via any other channel (e.g. phone, Contact Center, e-mail, social media, etc.) will not be accepted. Requests that do not include all the necessary information or that are accompanied by illegible documentation will not be processed. Multiple Status Match requests cannot be opened at the same time. It will only be possible to open an additional Status Match request in the case the initial application was rejected and only as long as the Status Match campaign is still active. In the event of a Status Match rejection, members will receive a negative outcome email. The reason will be displayed in the "Do you need help?" section within the Volare personal area. If the Status Match request is accepted, the member will receive a welcome email to the new Club, obtained through the Status Match campaign, to the e-mail address with which he/she enrolled to the Volare program. The newly acquired status, and thus the corresponding Club, will remain valid until the end of the calendar year following the year in which entry into that exclusive Club occurred (i.e., until the following December 31, or until the Volare program expires, whichever is earlier). If the Status Match request is accepted, 10.000 Volare qualifying points will be awarded to the member (i.e., points useful to obtain an upgrade to the higher Volare exclusive club or used to maintain the Club; as better regulated in the Volare regulations available at the following link, viewable in their personal area at the same time as the upgrade. In the event of behavior that, in the Promoter's sole discretion, is suspicious, fraudulent or in violation of the normal course of the initiative, or if the participant provides information that does not correspond to the truth, the Promoter reserves the right to revoke the benefits awarded, including the club obtained through Status Match Volare and the 10,000 qualifying points awarded. Any clarification regarding the Status Match initiative can be accessed through the "Do you need help?" section within the Volare personal area. Any complaints can be brought to the attention of ITA Airways and the Co-Promoter by sending an e-mail to reclami@ita-airways.com for Italy and complaints@ita-airways.com for foreign Members. ITA Airways customer service will provide a response as soon as possible and, in any case, within 20 days of receipt of the complaint
