We appreciate your interest in the Premier Status Match Challenge; however, we do not match the status of all airlines. The credentials you submitted are from an airline that doesn’t qualify. If you have elite status on another airline (excluding a Star Alliance member airline), please submit a new request for consideration at www.united.com/statusmatch ."
Wondering if you had a different approach?
Yes not by Email it was their challenge but now actually finished. You had to choose other airline and than submit the match. After this the email you with some follow-up info and it was matched.
