Joined Volare on 17 July, then followed prominently displayed status match link from within account, filled in details, uploaded requested documents - copy of ID and screenshot of A3 membership card showing *G status and validity. Once completed received email containing case number and advising customer service would be in touch. Did not hear back for some time so phoned in after 12 days, told case still pending. Checked again a few days later and found account upgraded to Premium. No communication of any kind to acknowledge successful match/status upgrade. Around 14-16 days all-in.
