Requested via ITA's current promotion. I saw someone comment that their request was denied because their original status with LATAM was not earned through flying... News flash: mine wasn't either, although i have flown with them a couple times this current year, and the previous (not enough to earn any status), so I don't really understand ITA's criteria.
