Opened a TK MS account. Contacted them via their customer relations form chosing Miles and Smiles membership processes. Sent a cc of passport, screenshot FB card, and a print of activity from the last months from the AF/KL website plus boardingpasses. This went back and forth twice - they needed 'a photo of my membership card' (impossible since FB has no) and an overview of my activity that showed name and FF number. Someone let me know when logging in on the FB website (instead of AF or KL website) you can download your membership card plus a PDF of flight activity including name and FF number. When I sent that, approved in hours with the usual conditions: fly TK international in the next 4 months, accrue another 15k miles for an extra year.
