I wrote them through e-mail (December 2024) expressing my inquiry to do s status match, but here's their answer: Dear XY, Thank you for contacting Kenya Airways. We value you as a customer and look forward to serving you on our future flights. If you have any questions or need assistance with anything related to our loyalty program or your travel experience with Kenya Airways, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you for expressing your interest in our program and we appreciate your understanding of our status match decision. Thank you for choosing Asante Rewards. Sincerely,
