Requested a match via email at statusmatch@bestwestern.com and got a response that they need full address, email, phone no. and proof or elite status (screenshot of loyalty card which must include full name). After sending this, I got a confirmation in less than 24 hours: "We have upgraded your account to <Diamond Select ELITE LEVEL>. You will begin earning Best Western Rewards points at your new Elite level instantly."
