To submit your status adjustment request, send your airBaltic Club membership number, a copy of your valid Lufthansa Miles & More loyalty card and your account statement to the email address info@airBalticclub.com At first sent my ITA card but they said they match only Lufthansa and SAS. Sent my SAS card and proof of expiry date, and status was updated within the hour.
