IHG One Rewards Report: Deny

From Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite
To IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite

Asked politely if they could match my Marriott Gold Elite to Platinum as I had a significant number of stays coming up with two currently booked with IHG. Flat out denial. Wow. Even Best Western and Choice gave me top status.
