They never responded to the email, but changed status. I would say this is a partial match. Premium appears to be more similar to Gold than Platinum. I emailed back asking about lounge access and whether they could change to VIP. I emailed statusmatch@radissonhotels.com as suggested here. I will return and report if my challenge to VIP is a success.
