I contacted Hertz Gold Plus Rewards via website requesting a status match from my National Emerald Club Executive Elite to Hertz President's Circle. I provided my account details and proof of my current status. I received a reply from Hertz informing me that I am not eligible for the status match because I had already taken advantage of a status match within the past five years. Therefore, my request was denied.
