KLM platinum for Life and Asiana Diamond (Star Alliance Gold) Took a few times going back and forth. Maken sure you have a Miles & Smiles account with at least one TA flight completed. Needed to show photos of my AF/KLM card and show proof of status on both AF/KLM and Asiana. Communication was very very fast and courteous.
