Got rejected for the status match from Club Avolta Platinum to Radisson Rewards VIP. I sent an email to clientservice@dufry.com with all the required status screenshots. However they replied: “If your query relates to matching your Club Avolta status into Radisson Rewards, please note this benefit is temporarily suspended and we are unable to process such requests.” I m not sure whether the recently reinstated status match has been suspended again, or if different customer services are handling requests inconsistently.
