I contacted Europcar customer service by email at customer.service@europcar.com and requested a status match from my Avis Preferred President’s Club membership. I attached a screenshot of my Avis account showing my current tier level as proof. They replied within a few days confirming the match to Europcar Privilege Adventurer status.
