I completed the online form https://lufthansa.statusmatch.com/ and they required a secondary upload of a "new photo you provide MUST show your Qualifying Miles/Points balances and Qualifying Miles/Points earned from flights." Of note, my player 2 had gift me the Club Premium because they held Club Executive status with ITA Airways. My player 2 got denied the Lufthansa status match because they received their status from a previous status match and not achieved organically through flying on ITA. Somehow, I got the approved status match from the gifted Club Premium to Senator status on Lufthansa M&M.
