This match was through my company. I just sent my company info and proof of status (screenshot with name and WoH number) and was sent an email after 3 days congratulating me on my newly acquired Diamond status with Hilton.
Your post would be useful if you provided a modicum of detail around how you submitted your screenshot. Was it by way of carrier pigeon to the CEO's home? If so, what's his or her address. I have a pigeon I can hire.
