I sent an email through the website (claim --> general inquiries). they asked copy of the Gold card of Flying Blue and statement of the last two months. They granted my 4 months trial period on Elite status for TK. During this time I need to complete at least 1 international flight with Turkish Airlines. After the flight the status will be extended for other 8 months (total 1 year). If I got at least 10000 miles it will be renewed for another 12 months.
