I was already Premium and asked to get my BW Diamond Select status matched with all information and proof to statusmatch@contact.radissonhotels.com. They requested further proof which I delivered. I was then told, that they opened a claim for the status match. Never heard from them again and upon asking the multiple times if they needed more information they said no as I was already premium. Upon further inquiry they then told me, that they would only match up to Premium. Really bad customer support going through all that just to receive nothing, which they could have clarified straight away. No idea, why they wanted more proof and they couldn't tell me either. Not worth it at all.
