I emailed dach_reservations@singaporeair.com.sg to inquire about a status match from my Qatar Airways Privilege Club Gold status. They replied with a status match form and requested (1) my current activity statement, (2) a screenshot of my Privilege Club Gold membership card, (3) and future bookings with Singapore Airlines (maximum 3 months in advance), including at least 2 sectors for flights outside Southeast Asia. After submitting the required documents, my status match was approved about one week after the initial inquiry.
