Took screenshot of my digital Hilton Honors Gold status from Hilton mobile app, and submitted that along with Hilton membership number. Got confirmation email with status match to Diamond within 10 minutes, valid for 90 days, and status would be extended another full calendar year if challenge of 10 nights met in the next 90 days.
