I am LH senator and SK gold, sent them an email requesting for a status challenge/match as I have an upcoming VA flight booked. Granted three months of VA gold and 80 SC to retain status after a week of waiting. I attached both my status screenshots along with 12 months of flying activity on both SA & ST, which had multiple Europe-Asia and Asia-Oceania return trips in premium cabins.
