Very simple and similar to enterprise’s status match process. All you need to do is go to National’s status match page (https://status.emeraldclub.com/) input your information and submit. It’s extremely easy and fast, I submitted my request at 6:55 AM and got my approval at 10:36 AM same day. Good luck!
