According to their customer service department, Turkish Airlines does have a status matching program, as a way to obtain status with their Miles & Smiles loyalty program. They did not provide details regarding which specific status levels they match from and to. They did state that they match status with other Star Alliance members. To request a match, first join the Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles program. Then use the Customer Contact Center form here: https://www4.thy.com/customercontact For feedback category specify "Miles&Smiles Program". For the feedback, mention your name, your current airline status, and the status you would like to be granted with Turkish Airlines. A representative from the Miles&Smiles Program will respond to you and request further evidence of your current status. This will most likely be an image of your current frequent flyer card and a statement showing your recent travel history.
