I sent via Air Berlin email. I have attached the documents and photo of my loyalty card. But unfortunately it was denied for the reason below: Dear Mr. XXXXX, Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately we can not offer any Status Match for your attached Frequent Flyer Card. It is not in our status match capable. Should you be interested in a status match from airberlin, please send us a Frequent Flyer Card from another airline. If not, we wish you all the best.
