Applied through Delta Airline's web site in late Nov 2014. No response and no email from Delta at all. I have found my status is upgraded on my iPhone today. It took 3 weeks till the Match of 90 days for the Challenge.. Actually the match is till the end of Feb 2015, so it is not fully 90 days though, I'm happy.
